These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, we keep the related records for the periods required by Belgian accounting and tax law.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
